Nothing here is written to be skimmed past. If a line does not match what you were told on the phone, the phone call wins and we will put it right.
Trademarks and affiliation
Beauclerc Range Works is an independent appliance repair company. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by Wolf or its parent company. All brand names and model numbers are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the appliances we service.
Wolf is a trademark of its owner. We use the name only to say which appliances we work on, which is what the law calls nominative use. We do not use the manufacturer's logo, its typefaces or its colours anywhere on this site, and we never will.
The diagnostic fee
A flat $129 covers the visit and the diagnosis, and it comes off the bill if you go ahead with the repair.
You get the price in writing before any part is ordered or any tool comes out of the bag.
If we cannot reach a diagnosis on the first visit — a fault that only appears cold, say, or one that needs a part on the bench — we will tell you what the next step costs before we take it.
Warranty
Labour is warranted for 90 days and parts for 365 days, and the parts are genuine OEM.
The warranty covers the work we did and the part we fitted. It does not cover a different fault that turns up later on the same appliance, and it does not cover damage from a power event or from water. The warranty page sets out the exclusions in full.
Appointments and cancellations
Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm. Saturday, 9:00am to 4:00pm. Closed Sunday. We give an arrival window rather than a single minute, and we ring before we set off. Cancel whenever you like — there is no cancellation fee. If nobody is at the property when we arrive within the window we agreed, the diagnostic fee is due for the journey.
Somebody over eighteen has to be present for the visit, and we need access to the appliance, to its shutoff and to the electrical panel.
What we will not do
We will not work on gas piping upstream of the appliance connection, rewire a panel, or sign off anybody else's installation. Where a job needs one of those, we say so and stop, and you pay the diagnostic and nothing more.
If something goes wrong
Ring (904) 775-7957 and say so plainly. A complaint that reaches us the same week is a complaint we can still fix. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Florida law.
